How to make the payment of publication fee for your paper
If you have received the notice that your manuscript has been accepted by any of our journals that are listed
here, then you need to pay the open access publication fee as soon as possible to avoid the potential delay
for the publication of your paper, because the manuscript will be further produced and published on the "First
paid, First served" basis. This will ensure those manuscripts that have been paid to be published promptly and
to be fair to our authors.
The open access publication fee for each journal can be found in the Table on the right.
There are three ways you can pay your publication fee:
A. To pay by check
B. To pay by electronic transfer (wire)
C. To pay by credit card (For authors from USA only)
To pay by wire, our bank information will be provided in the invoice:
Bank Name: Will be provided in the invoice.
Bank Branch Address: Will be provided in the invoice.
Bank Phone Number: Will be provided in the invoice.
Account Owner/Holder/Name/Beneficiary name: e-Century Publishing Corporation
Routing Number: It is provided in the invoice;
Account Number/IBAN: It will be provided in the invoice;
Swift Code: It will be provided in the invoice.
Please write the Tracking ID of your manuscript on the wire statement.
Invoice will be usually sent to you within one month after the manuscript is accepted.
If you chose to pay by check, please:
Make check payable to: e-Century Publishing Corporation (Not the journal name)
Write your manuscript Tracking ID on memo area: for example, IJCEP0003569, or IJCEM0003968, etc

If you choose to pay by credit card (Visa and Master Card), please provide us the following information
to invoice@e-century.org by e-mail:
1. Credit Card Type: Visa or Master
2. Credit Card number: (Last 4 digits) then call 608-358-5637 to provide the remaining digits of the number.
3. Card Expiration Date: month/year in two digits
4. Card Security Code: (on the back of your card)
5. Card Holder's Name on the Card:
6. Billing City and Zip Code:
7. Billing Phone number:
8. Card Holder's e-mail address:
9. Your manuscript Tracking ID number: for example, IJCEP0003569, or IJCEM0003968, AJCR0003979, etc
10. Amount that you pay in USA dollars:
It is very important to provide your manuscript Tracking ID number in your check, or your bank electronic wire
statement as part of the Beneficiary so that the funds can be credited to your invoice promptly and accurately.
If you have any question about the payment, or if you have not received the invoice 2 weeks after your manuscript
is accepted, please e-mail us at invoice@e-century.org.
Once again, you must write the Tracking ID of your accepted manuscript on your check, or bank electronic
wire statement or credit card payment information. We need the Tracking ID of your manuscript to credit
your money to your paper.
